In the future, Japan is plagued by severe over-population. After years of research, the Japanese government finally discovers the major cause of the over-polulation. It all began because of one man named Junta Momonari, also known as the "Mega Playboy." This "Mega Playboy" had sex with 100 women, all of which had at least one children. In addition, all the offspring carry the same "Mega Playboy" gene as their father, Junta Momonari.
When the government discovers this information, it is already too late because Junta had died years ago. Therefore, the government decides to send Karin Aoi (A DNA specialist who can alter people's DNA) to go back to the past when Junta was still a boy, and alter Junta's DNA before he had done any "reproduction" of his DNA. Everything seemed to be going as planned when Karin Aoi was sent back to the past and succesfully shot Junta with the DCM (a bullet that contains the drug to alter a person's DNA). But after Karin shot him with the DCM that should have changed his DNA to a normal person's DNA, she found out she had shot him with the wrong DCM. The DCM she shot Junta created an opposite effect that made the situation worse--Junta became the "Mega Playboy" almost immediately after she shot him with the DCM. This is the where the real story begins...
