Master Biryu's guardian. She sends Yohko mental images of Master Biryu in Yohko's dreams making Yohko think that Biryu is interested in her. Lady Obaba then transports Yohko to her world/dimension in an effort to get Yohko to help free Master Biryu and Princess Yanagi.
