This time, the drama probably sets some time after Ver.13 in a (hospital?) room where Utsuse Miho talks to you about her past; her internal struggle trying to be a top "idol" and her (rather distorted) relationship with Tsurugi Hikaru. It seems the unforunate girl has thankfully regained some of her strength. Shibahara Chiyako does very well (to be honest, surprisingly well) in playing her role in this voice-only situation.
