Time Stranger Kyoko
Time Stranger Kyoko is one of the latest children of Arina Tanemura, the most recent being Full Moon Wo Sagashite. She is most well known for her works of ION, and Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne. The manga began in the phonebook Ribon but now resides in three graphic novels of fun fun fun.
Time Stranger Kyoko follows the typical Mahou Shoujo (Magical Girl) storyline Tanemura-san seems to be fond of, chock full of magic and transformations! It also follows her extremely romantic side, so lovey-doveyness is very present.
The story follows the Princess of Earth, Kyoko, who doesn't want to be a princess anymore. Though spoilt and indulgent, she wants to be normal (but still be rich!). Unfortuanently for her, her sixteenth birthday is coming fast, and she has to accept her role as the future leader, which would ruin her life! So, her father suggests she should wake up her twin sister, Ui, to take her place. But Gack! She can't just shake Ui and have her wake, she has to collect the twelve strangers with the twelve god stones and unlock the clock that Chronos placed on her twin. With the help of her two body gaurds, Kyoko sets out to find her future companions. A simple task at first, but problems do arise...
