The Transformers- The Beginning
In a time long before the Transformers of the present were the Transformers that started it all. They were the original robots in disguise. They were known as the Autobots and Decepticons. There were many branches of this term as you will see,(Constructicons, Aerialbots, Dinobots etc..) but the original brand remains the same. They were all part of a Great War. Though it was a civil war between the Transformers, this war spanned the galaxy and there is no better story of a battle between good and evil then there's.
The Autobots and Deceptions awaken to find themselves crashed on the planet Earth. The planet is rich with energon and immediately catches Megatron's thurst for conquest. In order for galactic conquset he needs enough energon to power his forces. Energon is what gives Transformers their power supply. Megatron who has control of the Transformers home planet of Cybertron, harnesses the Earth's energy and puts it in energon cubes. He later becomes able transports it back to Cybertron via the space bridge. The Autobots know they must stop this threat and protect the inhabitants of Earth from Megatron's wrath. The Autobots led by Optimus Prime immiately go into action. Both sides needed to blend in with society and they are reconfigured into cars, planes, and other machinery that is native to Earth. The battles are many, during which human friends are made and new robots created. Spark Plug and son Spike and Chip are the fisrst first humans that befriend the Autobots and join them in their protection of Earth. The threat is great and Megatron will stop at nothing to drain the Earth of its life energy. So begins the Great War.
Beast Wars Season 1
It is a time of peace on Cybertron. The Great War is long over. The descendants of the Autobots and Deceptacons are Maximals and Predacons. The Maximals are busy going on journeys of exploration. Then all of a sudden a great secret is stolen. The golden disks ,which gave the location of a major energon source, are taken by a band of renegade Predacons led by a new generation Megatron. Optimus Primal and his crew must divert and pursue. Shooting one another down, they begin to descend on a planet unknown to them. Before crashing, Optimus ejects his crew, who lie in stasis, into the planet's orbit for safety. The remaining crew of the Maximal ship and Predacon ship go down. They crash. Did both sides live? There is a great concentration of energon on the planet. The transformers must take the form of beasts to survive. Confrontation is inevitable. "Let the Beast Wars begin."
Beast Machines Season 1
So you think the maximals have defeated Megatron? Think again.The Maximals have returned to their home world of Cybertron only to find their old nemisis Megatron in charge. By inducing a virus that caused a transfomation lock, Megatron has stolen everyone's spark.The same virus also caused a memory glinch. The remaining maximals are reformatted by the oracle to overcome the virus.This did not give them back their memories however.With a force of only four they begin their battle to recover their past and try to unlock the "seeds of the future." Old friends become new enemies and a new ally is born in the depths of once organic Cybertron. Only then do they begin to understand thier purpose. They must reformat the entire planet with technorganic matter. Their survival depends on it. Megatron creates vehicular transformers called Vehicons.He uses three captued sparks to control this army. He wants the maximals and their vision of the future defeated for his is a vision of technological perfection,transformers without sparks.
